CPAGA's Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday 7 May 2017 at 11 am in the John Gray Centre.

The Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Trading Manager presented their reports for the 2016-2017 year and offered their thanks to the members that had volunteered to assist CPAGA with its activities during the year.

The President and the Officers and other members of CPAGA's Management Committee were elected for the 2017-2018 year.

An "Auditor" was appointed to review independently CPAGA's balance sheet and income and expenditure account.


CPAGA's Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 7 May 2017 at 11 am in the John Gray Centre.

All plotholders and garden members are welcome!

The Shop and kitchens will close just before 11.00 am on the day of the meeting.


CPAGA's Management Committee is looking for somebody with a financial background, independent of the committee, to examine CPAGA's annual accounts.

The accounts are prepared each year by the Treasurer, currently Barry Cooke.

The independent checking of the accounts is an important role but should not take much time and happens only once a year.
