The 2023 Annual Show

The 2023 Annual Show is open to all plot holders and garden members and will be held on Saturday, 9 September 2023. A barbeque and salad lunch will be served outside the John Gray Centre just before the Show opens, to which everyone is welcome whether or not they are taking part.

​

There are nine entry sections, including a children's section, and eight Cups will be awarded - including the Wyevale Cup for the best exhibit in the Show, in the judges' assessment. As in prior years (follow the links for pictures of 2017's exhibits), there will be sections for vegetables (collections, individual classes, and novelty), fruit, flowers, home produce and photography. Vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers are brought together in the much-admired trug display section.

The Show Secretaries are Rowan Hill and Anna Biggs Davison (both on Plot 81A).

5.00 - 6.00 pm       Entry forms can be handed in at the John Gray Centre

Saturday, 9 September

​

8.30 – 10.30 am    Entry forms can be handed in at the John Gray Centre. The final deadline is a strict one!

10.45 – 11.45 am The Show Room in the John Gray Centre is opened for setting up exhibits

​

11.45 am               The Show Room is closed to exhibitors

​

12.00 pm               The judging commences

1.00 pm                 The Annual Show opens
