Members of CPAGA's Management Committee and its President met on Sunday 24 February 2019 in the John Gray Centre, the first meeting of 2019.
Agenda items included matters arising at the previous meeting on 18 November 2018, the reports of Officers, the communications by Merton/idverde about the intended use of the waste bay, Merton's policy for the supply of water to the Site and idverde's implementation of that policy, and an initiative to organise the sale of teas, refreshments and jams.
The next meeting of the Management Committee is scheduled for 7 April 2019. The Committee plans to meet during 2019 on 7 April, 12 May (if required, being the first Sunday after the Annual General Meeting on 5 May), 23 June, 28 July, 15 September and 17 November.

CPAGA understands from the Allotment Administrator that the water supply to the Site and, consequently the John Gray Centre and the toilets, will not be restored until the end of March or the beginning of April, weather permitting.
CPAGA's Management Committee knows that people visiting the Site value the availability of flushing toilets. If plotholders are concerned about the consequences of idverde's implementation of Merton's policy, a point of contact is the Merton Cabinet Member for Community and Culture, currently Councillor Nick Draper (St Helier ward).
