idverde, on behalf of Merton Council, has issued invoices for allotment fees and charges for the year ended 30 September 2020 (2019/20). They state that payment must be made by 30 November 2019. It has also given notice of rent rates (only) that will apply for 2020/21.

The invoices set out possible payment methods: bank transfer, by card by phone and by cheque. The Allotment Adminstrator has requested that plotholders pay by bank transfer if they can. Payment by card by phone is no longer accepted as a payment method.

The relevant bank account is set out in the invoices and plotholders should quote the invoice number as a reference for the transfer to ensure correct allocation of the payment.

Please note: the relevant bank account for 2019/20 is different to that for years before 2018/19.

The notice of rent rates for 2020/21 is reproduced below:

The Annual Show and BBQ are a highlight of the CPAGA year. Entry forms and the Schedule are now available for CPAGA's 2019 Annual Show, on Saturday, 7 September 2019.

This year sees two changes to the Schedule of Classes:

In Section 8 (Children), Class 40 asks for a monster made from plant materials, vegetables, fruit etc.

In Section 9 (Photography), this year's theme for Class 42 is Sheds.

If your produce has survived the rain and shine, do enter it into the Show!

Sunday 4 August 2019 is the Prudential Ride London bike race and there will be local road closures.

The race goes along Coombe Lane.

Don't get caught out if you're heading for the allotment by car. Information about the roads affected is available here.
