Meeting of Management Committee

Members of CPAGA's Management Committee and its President met on Sunday 24 June 2018 in the John Gray Centre.

Agenda items included matters arising at the previous meeting on 13 May 2018, the reports of Officers, the basis on which CPAGA has access to and use of the Centre, the accumulation of waste dumped outside of the Waste Bay on paths, the clearance of the dumped waste and the Waste Bay by idverde, the planned inspection of the Site by idverde on 28 June 2018, the possible use of the roof of the John Gray Centre for solar panels, the status of the bee hives on Plot 113B, the replacement of the broken fridge in the Centre, and plans for the coming Annual Show on Saturday, 1 September 2018.

The next meeting of the Management Committee is scheduled for 5 August 2018.
