Meeting of Management Committee

Members of CPAGA's Management Committee and its President met on Sunday 18 November 2018 in the John Gray Centre.
Terri Pilgrem resigned from the Committee, having given notice of her intention to do so earlier in the year. In accordance with Paragraphs 7(a) and (b) of the Constitution, the Committee co-opted Bree Halliday to the Committee and appointed her to the post of Trading Manager.
Agenda items included matters arising at the previous meeting on 16 September 2018, the reports of Officers, a proposed communication from idverde to all plotholders in respect of the intended future use of the waste bay, the turning off by Merton of the water supply to the Site and the adverse consequences for the availability of flushing toilets during Winter, and plans for the Christmas Party on Sunday, 2 December 2018.
The next meeting of the Management Committee is scheduled for 24 February 2019.
