In accordance with Paragraph 13 of the current constitution of CPAGA, notice is given to all members that proposed changes to the constitution will be discussed at the coming Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on Sunday 6 May 2018 at 11 am in the John Gray Centre.
The proposed changes are below. A brief explanation of the purpose of each proposed change is given in italics.

Members of CPAGA's Management Committee and its President met on Sunday 8 April 2018 in the John Gray Centre.
Agenda items included matters arising at the previous meeting on 25 February 2018, the reports of Officers, the use of the John Gray Centre for other activities and a specific proposal for such a use, proposed amendments to CPAGA's constitution and the coming Annual General Meeting of members on Sunday, 6 May 2018.
The next meetings of the Management Committee are scheduled for 13 May 2018 (depending on the outcome of the AGM) and 24 June 2018.
